Send us your idea on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email, then:

1. We review your idea and may contact you with questions
2. We confirm the design, price and timing with you, and send you a proof to approve where needed
3. Once you approve, we start making your piece
4. We keep you updated until it's ready to be delivered

Custom pieces usually take 2–3 weeks from when you approve the design, as each one is shaped, dried, fired and glazed by hand. Larger orders can take longer — we'll always confirm the timing with you before we start. Delivery time comes on top of this; see our Shipping Policy.

Because every piece is handmade, each one is unique. We match your design as closely as we can, but there may be slight differences in colour, size and texture. These variations are part of the beauty of handmade ceramics.

Small changes can be made before production begins. Once we've started making your piece, changes may not be possible, so please contact us as soon as you can if you need one.

Custom orders are made specifically for you and can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a defect. If you receive a piece that doesn't match your approved design or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
